1. Guest’s visitor is not allowed to enter the room
2. Any outside food is not allowed.
3. Php 5,000 smoking charge will be collected if caught smoking inside the room and other public areas that are not designated for smoking. Vape is also not allowed.
4. Misuse of room will be charged. Use of decorations that may damage room and wall paint is prohibited.
5. Use of party poppers inside the room is strictly prohibited.
Deposit slip or online transfer payments will be accepted but booking will only be considered paid once payment is verified.
6. Bringing of rice cooker or any cooking equipment is not allowed.
7. The hotel is not liable for any losses in the room during the guest stay. However, we have a safety deposit box for your valuable items available at the Front Desk/Reception for a minimal cost.
8. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and rate of the day. Check-out beyond 5:00pm shall be charged automatically with one night stay.
9. Request for specific bed type is subject to availability also.
10. As part of the new normal, the following should be observed. Social Distancing for atleast 1 meter, Wear Facemask always, Temperature check upon entering the hotel.
11. The hotel requires full payment on or before DATE. Booking shall be automatically cancelled should we fail to receive your settlement. Please advise us of any changes made to this reservation atleast (7) days prior to your arrival date. Change of reservation will be subject to room availability and rate change.
